i! My name is Tamara Ayende. My husband Miguel Ayende has been on dialysis for over a year now. Miguel has had two infections from the treatments and has been hospitilized.

Miguel has 5 children ages ranging from 8 years old to 4 months old. Miguel is a very kind and loving person who I think deserves a second chance at life.

My children love their father so much and cry everytime we have to leave him at the hospital. We need help so please find it in your heart to give my husband a second chance.

Miguel is 46 years old and I am 26. I take care of my husband and 5 children by myself and I am with him at all times in the hospital. My life is not easy and I do my best.
