My name is Matthew Latko.  I am 42 years old and I am in need of a new Kidney. I have been a diabetic since I was 9 years old I have always had excellent control of my diabetes, but I knew this day would come, but it is a little earlier than I thought.

     I am married and live in Youngstown New York.  I am the father of 3 beautiful children 2 daughters ages 11 and 8 and a son who just turned 1.  I have lived in the area my whole life, I was born in Buffalo and moved to Tonawanda when I was 5 years old.

     My wife Jamie and I went to school together in Tonawanda and we are both graduates of the University of Buffalo. I am a Civil Engineer for the New York State Thruway Authority and my wife is a pharmacist at Niagara Apothercary in Niagara Falls.

     I am the youngest of 7 children unfortunatly at this point I am not able to receive a kidney from my siblings. My sister Debbie has planned on beginning a match for me for years, she always said she stays healthy for me. But she is not a match.

     That is why I am writing today, I am in need of a A kidney and my sister who is willing to do paired donation is AB. I also have a sister in law Sharon who is willing to do a paired donation and she has a B kidney. Please contact me if you are someone who could help or could do paired donation.
